BOOKING AND PRICES
I am operating a virtual first appointment approach and continue to see all new clients via Zoom (£50). I have now also opened for face to face services in the clients own home where clinically appropriate. This will be following a virtual assessment and Covid-19 screen and will follow all government guidelines on PPE, social distancing and infection control measures.
Please see the attached document for my full standard operational procedures:
Please contact me via email or telephone with any enquiries or to book an appointment.
Many thanks and take care.
Please contact for appointment availability during the week
Evenings and Saturday mornings also available.
I am happy to travel to see you in your own home or I can see you in a private clinic room at The Pilates Space, Letchworth.
The ultimate postnatal recovery package!
Book yourself a Mummy MOT followed by a course of 8 postnatal Pilates classes to learn how to restore your core to its full function, tone up and help avoid long term health problems.
The Mummy MOT is a 1-hour postnatal assessment with a specialist women’s health physiotherapist. It looks at your abdominal muscle gap and pelvic floor function to create a bespoke rehabilitation programme. This is offered at an introductory offer of £75 when booked alongside a Postnatal Pilates course.
The MOT includes a full report which can be provided to your Pilates teacher to best guide your ongoing recovery. For more information, please click here.
To qualify for this package, you should book your Mummy MOT first and then book your postnatal Pilates at email@example.com or call 07579 002 722. When booked in this way, your first Postnatal Pilates class will be free!
