                                         ABOUT ME

Work History:

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist who working as a senior women's health physiotherapist at University College London Hospital. I qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2010 and have over 10 years of experience in a number of large NHS  Trusts working alongside world leading obstetric and gynaecological medical professionals.

After the birth of my second child, I decided to work more locally and so accepted a part time position at Pinehill Hospital as well as setting up Nascot Therapies. I have seen the lack of options available to women who suffer with pregnancy related pain or pelvic floor dysfunction and as a mother of two, I have a good understanding of the many issues that women face. Setting up Nascot Therapies has allowed me to make these much needed treatment options more accessible to women in North Hertfordshire.

To further my knowledge and expertise, I have completed extensive post graduate training including advanced pelvic floor assessment, massage and Pilates and am dedicated to helping my patients develop the confidence to independently manage their symptoms and to regain control of their lives.

Professional Accreditations:

  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
